Chapter 1: Blue Skies
September 20th, 2025, 6:00 AM
The birds are chirping, the sky is bluer than ever, and the flowers are blooming. It is the beginning of a new chapter in Sachi’s life.
BEEP BEEP BEEP
Sachi wakes up as her alarm goes off
‘Sachi wakes up from her bed from a loud, annoying alarm in her ears
“I get to go to school today, Yay!” *yay today gonna be the best day
Sachi starts to pack up for school. He gets her lunch and school supplies, and then Sachi puts them in her backpack.
Sachi starts to walk to her new school and walks into her class
‘’Hello everyone, I will be your teacher for your first year of high school. My name is Mr Toshinori. I’ll be teaching your humanities, so everyone, take a seat anywhere, since it’s the first day.” - Mr. Toshinori
*Sachi says to herself and thinks, “I hope to learn a lot from this
teacher”.
The teacher starts passing around paper, get to know you paper sheets
Sachi starts to write down on the paper
Sachi writes down that she likes reading… Sachi notices a shy guy with brown hair covering his brown eyes in a school uniform like hers, but different since the school dress code is different for guys. He’s wearing a full black uniform with yellow 6 buttons going down from the school uniform. Sachi tries to introduce himself to him
‘’Hiii, my name’s Sachi. I like your hair, it’s cool how you have it like that,” - Sachi.
‘’Oh, hi, thanks, I don’t do anything, my hair is natural” -Shodo
‘’ Finish up what you have so far, we are going to move on to the next thing” - Mr. Toshinori
‘Mr. Toshinori bring out notebooks and folders, also binders
‘’Everyone, get a folder, notebook, and binder. This will be important later,” -Mr. Toshinori
Sachi listens to Mr. Toshinori and gets the supplies that he will need
Sachi goes back to her seat with all the things she will need according to the teacher and waits for the next set of directions
‘’Now you have your things, I would like you to write your names on your notebook and folder for the binder. I would like you to get a paper from the back of the class and write your name on it. Once you finish doing that, the class will probably come to an end, so head to math class afterward,” - Mr. Toshinori.
Sachi starts to write her name on her folder. She walks up from her seat and gets a paper to write her name on her paper and slides the paper into her binder. Now, Sachi waits for everyone to finish before going to her next class
5 minutes go by, and Mr Toshinori is now trying to get everyone’s attention
‘’Everyone, push your chairs in and leave your notebooks and folders and you will need to have your binders in your backpack,” - Mr. Toshinori
Sachi puts her binder in her backpack and puts her notebook and folder in front of him, pushes her chair in, and heads to the next class
Soon enough, school ends. Sachi quickly grabbed her stuff and rushed to her first day at work. He had been applying for work for weeks and had recently landed her first job. He had been excited all day. Working as a chef was always her dream, and working at a local ramen shop was even better!. As he walked in, he was greeted with a warm welcome. His coworkers greeted him with warm smiles. Amongst them, he notices a familiar face. It happened to be Shodo.
‘’Oh, hi, I mean h-hey, I mean hi, K-Shodochi-chan,” -Sachi says while blushing shyly
“Sup, Brah, cool seeing you here,” -Shodo says in an arrogant tone.
“It seems you two are acquainted with each other. Why don’t you show him the ropes, Shodo?” -The shop owner says.
“Sure! Why not? Don’t be shy, come in and get to work!” -Shodo.
Sachi quickly gets to work, putting on her uniform and heading to the kitchen. She was assigned to cook the chasu pork while Shodo assisted as a guide
Shodo first starts to guide him and tells Sachi the rules
‘’Alright, put your gloves on and go to the stove, and I’ll tell ya what to do” -Shodo
Sachi does as she says, and as she walks over to the stove, where Shodo is, she accidentally slips on a water puddle on the floor. Shodo notices her about to fall. Shodo catches her
‘’You, alright, forgot to mention the wet puddle there, mb*-Shodo
He lets Sachi go now
‘’Uhh yeah, sorry I- I’ll back to word to get I meant I’ll get back to work” - Sachi as Sachi blushed from the incident that just happened from being in Shodo’s arms -Sachi
Sachi starts to think about what had just happened just now. “FAHHHHH, why didn’t I see that wet puddle? I’m so embarrassed, I should have seen this coming. He was so warm, though. He also smelled nice.” Sachi Blushes harder as she thinks back on it
“Alright, let’s get back to work!”- Shodo says, oblivious to Sachi’s reaction.
Sachi starts searing the pork
“Hey, you’ve got talent! You seem experienced,” Shodo exclaims.
Sachi, already flustered by what happened earlier, can’t handle this compliment.
“Gotta go to the bathroom!” Sachi says as she rushes over.
Shodo wonders to himself “What’s gotten into her? And why is her face as red as a tomato?”
Sachi thinks to herself ‘’Did he really just say that? Why am I blushing so hard?. He is kinda fine though.”
5 minutes later, after just processing what has happened, she comes out of the bathroom
‘’Umm, hey, I really had to go to the bathroom really bad,” Sachi says in a shaky voice
‘’Alright if u say so, just don’t rush out again like that without a warning, so I know ur gonna do that again, okay?- Shodo
‘’Uhh umm oh-okay she says stuttering- Sachi
‘’Alright, let’s continue making this pork, it ain’t gonna cook itself- as he does a small smile to Sachi Shodo
‘’Uhh okay whats the next step now as she blushes when she Shodo smiled- Sachi
After it’s done cooking, she cuts 1-15 inches, and then she cuts the dry, then thinly cuts the pork
After cutting it, she puts it in the pan again for it to rest for 5-10 minutes and allows its juice to redistribute throughout the meat, keeping the meat moist.
Then she seasons them with salt and pepper, along with other desired spices like garlic powder and onion paprika, along with fresh herbs.
Shodo says this is the most reliable way to ensure proper doneness without it being overcooked. After cooking the chops, let them rest 5- 10 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute, keeping the meat moist.
After a few minutes of Sachi learning how to cook the pork chops, by Shodo, it is done and ready to serve.
Sachi talks to herself in her head, “he’s so cute and strong, do I like him or is he…” She shakes her head to try to get that thought out of her head*
‘’So ready to get a tour of the place- Shodo
‘’uhh ye-yeah”- Sachi
Shodo thinks in his head, Why does she keep stuttering so much? It’s almost like she likes me, like how much she blushes, no, can’t be, gotta be something else, right?
He shows her the tables, so here are the tables, and she points in front of the tables, and that’s where people get reservations
‘’Also, why did you decide to apply here at The Ramen 808? Our store isn’t popular.”- Shodo
‘’Well, my dad used to take me here before my mom and dad got divorced, yeah…”- Sachi
Well.. dam u didn’t need to tell me something like that, don’t you think it’s kinda personal to tell someone u just met today?- Shodo
‘’Well, I guess, but I feel comfortable with you already- Sachi
Shodo smiles from the comment slightly Well, that’s nice to hear- Shodo
So sorry I said that. Did that sound too much? I- sorry She says stuttering a lot and flustered- Sachi
‘’No, no, not all, let’s just continue the tour, okay? *he says, walking- Shodo
‘’Okay as she tries to keep up- Sachi
After the tour
‘’Well, we’re done with your tour, and your shift is done also. Well, cyaa later- Shodo
She starts to walk home and starts to think, Do I like him, or is this feeling something else?
By the time she gets home, it’s 12 from her 7-hour shift being there
She gets home and tired, so she decides to go straight to her bathroom and brushes her teeth, and goes to sleep, and as soon as she lies on her bed, she is dead asleep
Chapter 2: Am I Seeing Signs?
September 21st, 7:30 AM
*She wakes up and looks at her phone and sees the time, oh it’s 7:30. WAIT WAIT IT’S 7:3.0 IM GONNA BE LATE OH SHOOT
She rushes to get her things and runs to school
She gets to school at 7:50, and she rushes and runs to her classroom
As she rushed to her classroom, Shodo was running, and their lips touched, and they accidentally kissed. They both backed away, and Sachi covered her mouth and blushed*
‘’ Sorry about that, I had to run a mile, I was gonna be late for class- Shodo
Sachi blushes and has put her books close to herumm its fine see u later Shodo byee as she runs inside her classroom
‘’Sorry, I’m late. I didn’t get to put my alarm on when I went to sleep. Sorry, Mr Toshinori- Sachi
‘’It’s alright, I felt like something like this would happen, so I marked u present- Mr Toshinori
As the day feels faster and the day feels like it turned 3:40 in like 5 seconds, I have just realised today I only had this class for the whole day, so the whole day I learned was in this classroom
‘’Huh, it’s time to go already? I pull my phone out of my pocket, and I see it says 3:42. She gets up and gets her backpack, and heads to her house to change her clothes. and leaves her backpack at home and goes to the 808 Ramen shop, she starts walking to the ramen shop- Sachi
Shodo is waiting for her. He grabs her hand. Ready for your second day of training before you officially start working here, a week of training, and you will be like me, an official worker at the 808 Ramen shop, the best food in town, even though nobody goes here. Shodo
She smiles, loving her energy and how he’s acting right now. Okay, I’m ready. What will I be learning today? Shodo- Sachi
‘’Well, today you will be learning how to talk to customers and be one of the best workers here, even though I’ve been working here for 5 months. The customers like me, and so do my co-workers. I will be showing u how to connect with people here and know the energy, alright- Shodo
‘’Umm okay she smiles, blushing because his hand is still holding hers -Sachi
“What’s this feeling?”
“It’s warm.”
“I want to stay like this for a bit longer,” Sachi thinks to herself.
She says in her head I love u She accidentally said it out loud; her voice made her say it quietly.
‘’What? Did you say something, Sachi? - Shodo
‘’Yeah, I said the place looks fun to work at she says after covering her mouth
‘’You okay, Shachi?- Shodo
‘’Ye-yeah, I’m fine- Sachi
She gets ready to go to the front to get customers ready to do stands right next to me
‘’ Okay, we always say when their order is ready? Then say Have a good day like if someone is complaining, ring that bell, okay?- Shodo
‘’Got it she says smiling -Sachi
The first customer comes in She gets ready to say what Shodo introduced me to do*
The customer goes to the counter. Hi, welcome to the 808 ramen shop. What can I get you?*-Sachi
‘’Uhh, I’ll get the uhhh spicy ramen special.” - The customer
‘’Alright, your order will be ready as soon as she leads them to their table. She gives a table number*- Sachi
‘’Huh, not bad for a noobie like you, never worked a job in your life? Cuz you’re a natural, you have a lot of potential ”- Shodo
‘’Th-thanks, I just took your advice, Shodo’’- Sachi
another customer walks in
*Hello, welcome to the 808 Ramen shop. What can I get ya- Sachi
as Shodo watches Sachi with his arm crossed, aura farming behind her, doing her job, telling himself she’s doing a good job for her first day serving customers better than me when I first started working here
As Sachi serves customers until close time while Shodo is with her
10:30 PM
‘’Sachi! -Shodo
Sachi looks up as she cleans the tables with him seeing Shodo across 6 rows of tables
‘’Yeah, Shodo? She walks over to him nervously. What is he gonna talk about to me? Am I in trouble? What’s gonna happen as she talks to herself in her head, kinda panicking -Sachi
‘’ Not too bad for your first day, better than me when I started working here
he puts his fist for a fistbump-Shodo
‘’What? She’s confused why Shodo is proud of her- Shachi
‘’I’m saying good job for your first time Shodo gets nervous, did I do something wrong? What did I do? Was I too much today? He thinks overthinking this situation- Shodo
Good job? Oh, th-thanks slightly smiling -Sachi
they continue to clean the tables
Shodo walks to the bathroom
Each step he takes, his heart beats faster and faster what…..is ……this…..feeling
I feel like I’m blushing. Why am I? What is this feeling? Is this feeling of love the reason? What is the cause of this feeling?- Shodo
Shodo walks into the bathroom, washing water across his face
SPLASH SPLASH SPLASH*
Love? Me?”
“No way… I’m not that type.”
“Get it together!
”
He runs his hands through his hair.
Sachi knocks on the door. Are you okay, Shodo? You’ve been there for 10 minutes straight, and exactly 20 seconds, and 20 milliseconds- Sachi
‘’Ye-yeah, I’m fine *he says from the other end of the door- Shodo
‘’Hey Sachi -Shodo
‘’Yeah, Shodo? -Sachi
‘’I’ve got it covered for the night, you can finish your shift- Shodo
‘’ You don’t really have to, you know- Sachi
‘’I got it covered- Shodo ‘
’If you say so- Sachi
Sachi starts to walk out of the restaurant Shodo gets some rest and goodnight!!!
She says loudly so Shodo can hear only
he blushes, he feels like his face is warm hearing her say that
Oh
My
God
I’m in love with Sachi realizing he is in love
he gets up and plugs his headphones into his phone to listen to music while cleaning the rest of the tables
1 hour and 15 minutes go by, and Shodo finishes his shift ends and cleans all the tables and dishes, and starts to walk home
as he walks home Why am I in love? Why am I having these feelings??!!??!?!?!?!?
he walks into his house with all these thoughts and goes to bed
as he looks at his ceiling, drifting off to sleep
Chapter 3: 2 souls in Love?
September 22nd
Shodo wakes up from his slumber, waking up to his alarm clock beeping, he hits the alarm and unplugs his alarm clock, and throws it across his room, hitting his wall
His alarm clock still beeps
BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP
AGGHHH shut up he stomps on it, kicking it, throwing it at his window, and 8 cars running over it and 8 cars crash from one alarm clock-Shodo
‘’Maybe that was a little much he looks outside seeing his alarm clock of his doing and 8 cars crashed oops…- Shodo
“Anyway I should get to school ima be late Shodo gets his backpack and lunch and heads to school he now walks to school with his headphones plugged in to his phone and aura farming as he walks everyone feels his presence which is too much for anyone-Shodo
Shodo gets to school and Shodo sees Sachi walking towards him
“Hey Shodo did you eat breakfast??!?-Sachi
“No I didn’t have time to eat so no -Shodo
Sachi gets out a rice bowl with eggs in it and gives it to Shodo
“You don’t have too-Shodo
they walk into class and take a seat
“Everyone take a seat I have a announcement- Mr. Toshinori
“There’s going be a festival this Friday at 5:30 there will be food and a firework show and a ride’s I suggest for everyone go it’s 30$ a person according to the principle-Mr. Toshinori
Shodo and sachi think about each other at the same time and Shodo thinks about asking her out at the firework show
“Class continues and Shodo waits for school ends and waits and 7 hours go by and he walks home*
Shodo walks home and goes on his bed and starts thinking
how will I ask her out at the festival this week
sachi is going to get Dress for the festival
days go by of Shodo waiting for the festival to ask her out it’s now Friday school is about end and waits for her be alone with her
“Hey Sachi-Shodo
Sachi walks to Shodo
“Yeah?-Shodo
“I have a question sachi- Shodo
“Yeah Shodo? sachi is wondering what she will say to him what he will say to her
“Will you go to the festival with me Shodo says nervously wondering if she will say yes
“ uhh umm her voice is shaky nervous from what Shodo had said to him
Shodo waits for a response
“ yeah I’ll go to the festival with you-sachi
Shodo smiles and kinda blushing
they go to their houses to get ready for the festival
Chapter 3: Confessing your love
5:30 PM
sachi waits for Shodo at the festival in front of the stand waiting for him
Shodo finally gets there walking to her and sees her in a dress and he says to himself she looks real pretty and kinda fine
Shodo walks up to her
“Hey Sachi-Shodo
“Hey you reddy for the festival-sachi
“Yup
They walk in the festival and eat some sugar apples
Yum yum yum-Shodo and sachi both say
the firework show starts to start and they sit and watch
💥 BOM BOOM BOOM BOOM 💥
20 minutes go by
Hey Sachi he says in a soft tone-Shodo
Yeah?-Sachi
BOOM BOOM BOOM
“I have something to tell you Shodo looks into her eyes-shodo
